So due to my absolute lack of modding skills I was hoping that someone could do me a solid and slap together a scraggy/scrafty themed template for me? I don't have any real requirements for it, any help would be well appreciated. I can pay in pokedollars too, if need be. Well, I can see you already have templates, but I just found this adorable Scraggy picture and was like, what the heck. I'm gonna make a template, I need the practice.
