TOOT TOOT TOOT
I found a couple of helpful links for those that are freaking out over their finals. I've seen a few links for things like these, but I always end up losing them. I'm sure this'll end up helping somebody, whether they end up posting here or not. yeah there's a tumblr post on this going around BUT why not post it here too?
1. Bad self control when online? wow and double wow. This also looks like it can be the start of a prank.
2. Simply Noise, for those soothing sounds that help you concentrate. Looook this is pretty interesting right here:
White Noise - Contains sound across all frequencies. White noise is the most effective at blocking distractions because it covers the largest spectrum range. It's great for reading, writing, studying, and anything else that requires focus.
Pink Noise - A blend of high and low frequencies that produce a mesmerizing waterfall effect. Pink noise is great for melting away stress while keeping you alert and energized. The airy pulse creates a therapeutic environment that relaxes your mind and body.
Brown Noise - Utilizes the lower sound frequencies to generate a deep ambient rumble. Brown noise is excellent for aiding sleep, pacifying children and pets, and even masking Tinnitus. It's also great for breaking in audio equipment and soothing migraines.
3. Overwhelmed with stress? The Quiet Place may help give you a breather. There's also a Thoughts Room, which was kind of neat to mess around with.
and um. That's all I got right now, but if you guys have any more helpful links you should post them! Otherwise, good luck everyone! Stay strong!
